I spend so much time reading that it concerns me at times. Reading is my default activity. When I have nothing else to do, I read. Case in point: last July, when I was on summer break and I had next to no activities and a job that allowed me to re. Get this from a library! Our Whole Lives, or OWL, is an age appropriate sexuality educational consists of six series, each designed for a specific age group, K–1, 4–6, 7–9, 10–12, young adults ( to .   Thank you to Jane and to Our Bodies Ourselves for the nomination! Our Whole Lives (OWL) provides comprehensive sexuality education that is accurate, inclusive, and age-appropriate. There are OWL curricula for six age groups: grades K-1, grades , grades , grades , young adults (ages ), and adults. Working 40 hours a week makes our lives become narrow and constricted, so that we lose sight of whole vistas of possibility—of activity and adventure—outside it.

  This brings us to Paul’s statement, “to live is Christ and to die is gain” (Philippians ). As Christians, our whole lives are to bring glory to God, and Paul had the assurance that, even in his suffering, he was accomplishing that goal (“to live is Christ”). But, as we see in the second part of the verse, Paul knew that his death. Dogs may not be around for our whole lives, but to them, we are there for their whole lives. Each dog has a unique personality and special memories that last a lifetime. From the difficult times that dogs can sometimes place in our lives to the laughs, memories and cuddles, dogs are the missing puzzle piece in our lives.
